At Yuga Diamonds, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, you may return eligible items for a refund within 3 days of delivery, or exchange them within 14 days of delivery.

How It Works

The returns process, step by step.

We've made our returns and exchanges process as simple and straightforward as possible.

  1. 1 Contact us at +1 904 618 3692 or email info@yugadiamonds.com within your return window (3 days for a refund, 14 days for an exchange) to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  2. 2 Package your items securely and discreetly. For security purposes, do not indicate the contents on the exterior of the box.
  3. 3 Ship the package back at your own expense via a trackable, insured carrier. We recommend FedEx or UPS with signature required. You are responsible for all return shipping costs and must insure the package for its full value prior to shipping.

  4. 4 Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds typically take 7–10 business days to process. Exchanges ship once the returned item is received and inspected.

International Returns

For international returns, please contact us at +1 904 618 3692 or email info@yugadiamonds.com to receive a RAN and mailing address. International return shipping is at the customer's expense. A flat $200 return shipping fee applies. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and surcharges incurred during the return.

Terms & Conditions

What to keep in mind before returning.

To ensure a smooth returns process, please review the following conditions carefully.

Eligible Returns & Exchanges

  • All items must be in their original, unworn condition and must not be resized, engraved, or altered in any way.
  • Refund requests must reach Yuga Diamonds within 3 days of delivery; exchange requests within 14 days of delivery.
  • Customers are limited to one return or exchange per year per customer and household.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies on a customer's second return within the applicable return window. Alternatively, 100% store credit may be applied with no restocking fee.
  • If an order is cancelled after 24 hours, the item must first be received and then returned via the RMA process.
  • Orders that came with a grading report must include the report in the return, otherwise a $250 fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Orders paid by bank wire will be refunded by company check.
  • Diamond eternity bands are final sale and cannot be resized. If a resize is needed, a new ring will need to be produced.
  • Items returned without a Return Authorization Number, improperly packaged, or received beyond the applicable return or exchange window will not be accepted.

Not Eligible for Return

  • Products with scratches, damage, or signs of wear.
  • Custom design orders, including the ring and center stone — these are final sale.
  • Engraved rings.
  • Personalized fine jewelry items (e.g. Personalized Name Necklaces).
  • Diamond upgrades.
  • Rings and/or loose diamond orders with damaged or lost center diamonds.
  • Jewelry with chips, scratches, breaks, or nicks.
  • Jewelry that has been worked on, resized, or repaired by another jeweler — all Yuga Diamonds pieces carry microscopic trademark etchings.

US Returns

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable and fully insured shipping method to protect your item in transit.

    Ship via FedEx or UPS with signature required. Package all items in their original packaging including any diamond certifications.

    Insure Your Shipment

    We strongly recommend insuring your return shipment for its full value. Yuga Diamonds is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

    Please Note

    Failure to return a diamond certificate results in a $300 reprinting fee. Appraisal reports are non-refundable. International return shipping is a flat $200. International duties and taxes are recovered by the customer from their local tax authorities.

Cancellations

How to cancel your order.

Orders can be cancelled within the first 48 hours. Simply email info@yugadiamonds.com with your reason for cancellation. After 48 hours, the order will need to go through the standard returns process.

  • Refunds are processed only to the original payment method and take up to 5–7 business days.
  • One order cancellation is permitted within a 6-month period. A second order within the same six-month period is final sale.
  • Customers may return a product up to two times within the applicable return window. The second purchase will only be eligible for 100% store credit or processed with a 20% restocking fee.
  • All orders are considered final sale after the applicable return or exchange window has passed.
